I've got a huge interest in recording music and I'd love to see an article here on basic recording and mixing/mastering. Some do's and dont's of recording and how to use all the effects in the mixing/mastering process. It would be so useful to all of us here I'm sure.

I'm sure we could find somebody to write that.
The only problem is that's such a huge topic. There are a million recording magazines, blog, websites, books, classes out there that focus exclusively on that topic. We'd have to find a really unique angle on the topic so it wouldn't be like we were competing with that niche, you know what I mean? ('Cause we'd lose.)
I'm excited to see it. It could be a great way to make side money in college offering to record for cheap. Thanks very much David.
