We are interested in hiring a guy with 20 yrs experience playing for famous gospel bands...hiring him to play at our church. We live in a town of about 1 million - not huge.
How much should we offer him per church service?

@MoffetMgmt: I would say $75. to $125 per service with weddings, funerals and choir practice extra.
