I came across this on Forbes' surprising 6-figure jobs. Music directors in the top 10% making $107,280 and up.

I was surprised to see it that high. So how much does one really have to work as a musician to make it happen? Are those making 100 grand and up composing all day and conducting concerts all night? Is that salary realistically attainable as a regular music director and composer or are those just the John Williams and Gustavo Dudamels of the world?
