His excellent drumming requires no comment, but the fact that he's clearly a terrific PERSON would prompt me to hire him for ANY musical situation, and particularly where the tight-quarters living he describes in his article are involved. Playing music is only part of the job, and only a small part of the time. The ability to live closely with other sensitive artists takes at least as much skill! I’ve met Elliot plenty of times in the past 2-1/2 years.
